FREE! Finding fun in the fog!

Just because we couldn't see past our noses, that didn't stop us finding some fun in the fog today. As the cold dense mist fell over London, the normal thing to do was stay indoors...but we don't do normal so off we headed into Osterley Park. I think I must have heard 'wow, its sooooo foggy' from one or the other of the kids. I was amazed at how amazed they were with it all especially when they marvelled at the frozen lake that the birds danced on top of and the droplets of water clinging to spider webs. It was definitely worth a visit as experiences like this can be few and far between. Nature is wonderful and sometimes I don't think we appreciate it enough so go on, wrap up warm, brave the cold and let the kids experience something completely different.
