FREE! Searching for the BFG's Dream Jars

We love a trail in London. This time we went in search of the BFG's Dream Jars that have been largely dotted around our beautiful city to mark not only Roald Dahl's 100th birthday and release of the new BFG movie but also to raise awareness and funds for Save the Children. The jars have been designed by famous people from movie directors to music moguls, fashion designers to athletes and feature their dreams. This is a great way to take a leisurely walk around London and see the sights (which never seems to get old) while you search for the jars. Plus we also found time to have lunch at The Scoop's (by City Hall) Fanzone and catch up with what was going on at the Olympics as well as grabbing ourselves some freebie yoghurts from the lovely people at Muller at the London Bridge City Festival. More information can be found at http://www.visitlondon.com/bfg but please beware the jars will be in place until the end of August and will be auctioned off for charity thereafter. Please also bear in mind that with the weather the way it is at the moment (yes it is actually hot for a change!) the Tube is hotter than the centre of a Greggs Steakbake so take plenty of water with you if this is your preferred mode of transport. #BFGDreamJars
