FREE! Bedfont Lakes Country Park
There is something for everyone at this country park...whether you want to walk the dog in a dog only section, take a short hike up a hill to the monolith for sweeping 360° views over Middlesex (you may even spot Windsor Castle), feed the ducks or go fishing (for a fee) in one of the many lakes, take a leisurely stroll or ride a bike along the 4 miles of pathways around the park, have fun in one of three playgrounds or simply have a picnic. Definitely worth a visit. And if thats not enough, the park also runs an event programme with a range of activities to get kids closer to nature.
