At 337ft, the UK's tallest sculpture stands proudly by the Olympic Stadium as a prominent memory of the London 2012 games. You certainly get a different perspective of our beloved city from the top...mainly due to huge tons of red mangled steel in your line of sight, nevertheless a good viewpoint of the stadium, Queen Elizabeth Park and London's skyline. Apparently, 60% of the structure is made of recycled steel from washing machines and used cars...now that is impressive! We were lucky to get discounted tickets at LittleBird.co.uk so only paid £2.50 each for the kids and £5 for me. Once at the top we also had fun making parachutes and windmills in their craft workshop set up on the viewing deck.
