CHEAP! ArcelorMittal Orbit

At 337ft, the UK's tallest sculpture stands proudly by the Olympic Stadium as a prominent memory of the London 2012 games. You certainly get a different perspective of our beloved city from the top...mainly due to huge tons of red mangled steel in your line of sight, nevertheless a good viewpoint of the stadium, Queen Elizabeth Park and London's skyline. Apparently, 60% of the structure is made of recycled steel from washing machines and used cars...now that is impressive! We were lucky to get discounted tickets at LittleBird.co.uk so only paid £2.50 each for the kids and £5 for me. Once at the top we also had fun making parachutes and windmills in their craft workshop set up on the viewing deck. Check out their scheduled activity days before planning your trip to get more for your money!
