FREE! Notting Hill Nurseries Carnival
A lovely annual event to celebrate the upcoming Notting Hill Carnival with younger children in mind. Nurseries in the local area design their own costumes and take part in a mini carnival parade to music. We were then entertained by the amazing junior steel bands from around the country taking part in their annual competition. There was the odd drop of rain here and there and only a few spells of sunshine but the steel pans, a little soca, the parade, a bouncy castle and a few other activities ensured there were plenty of smiles all round!
