Usually held each Thursday of the Christmas half-term in Kingston town centre (N.B. depending on when Christmas falls this could change).  Lots of free activities usually on offer including craft workshops, story-telling, face painting, boat rides, hunts and more.

As much fun for grown-ups as it is for kids.  Brimming with everything Christmassy, this is a must.  Open from November to January (check exact dates on their website).  From fairground rides and games to ice skating; a 60m ferris wheel to cosy bars; traditional Christmas market stalls to an Ice Kingdom; cheesy Christmas carols to a Victorian bandstand - there really is something for everyone.  Free to enter but all activities are chargeable.

Oxford Street, Regent Street, Bond Street, South Moulton Street, Carnaby Street, Leicester Square, Covent Garden...to name a few.  Several popular destinations get decked out with fabulous Christmas light installations...so wrap up warm and get on out there!
